![]() My old college roommate Richard Hall and I took another camping trip to Little Pee Dee State Park Campgrounds near Dillon, SC this past weekend. This time we stayed in a nice, heated little cabin by the lake. Though it was a chilly weekend, we enjoyed ourselves with hiking and capturing various sounds including water splash sounds. Using my handy 10' boom pole along with my Zoom F3 recorder and Audio Technica BP-4025 microphone we were able to get several really good splash effects. Richard recently started selling sounds online under the name Sound Monkey. It's nice to have a good buddy to share the love of recording with. We've been best buddies since 1979 and have shared a lot of life experiences together and have similar interests. Our next trip will be up at Lake Lure, NC in April. Take a listen below to a couple of the water splash sound effects we captured. These sounds are available for purchase on AudioJungle. Comments are closed.
