 This past week I spent a week with my family down at Ocean Isle Beach, NC. This was our 40th year in a row that we've spent a week of July there. We have made many memories through the years and it's extra special to now have our 6 grandchildren enjoy the beach with us. I have four sisters and they came with their children and grandchildren and we also have cousins from the Atlanta area who join us each year. It's quite a large group when we all get together! I usually take my recording equipment and try to get a few sounds each year. This year I recorded a nice rain/thunderstorm one evening.
